I suppose it reflects the state of play of which airline is paying them for 'consulting' right now. Discover and ITA also feature on the 'most improved' list 🤭 So I guess this is Skytrax way of saying: 'Hey how about you throw some money towards us again?'
These lists are a complete joke. The QR lounge at DOH has gone downhill to the point where the UA Polaris lounge is better.
