How many trips do you take a year on all common carriers (flight, train, etc.)?

You can get a multi-trip/annual policy for ~250 in most cases and be covered for the year. I have one via Allianz, and it worked great last January when AA was doing AA things and I had to spend the night in DFW. More than paid for itself on that claim alone.
