Have you tried Walmart Pay at a register with a cashier? I don't recall if you wrote whether you tried or not.
Not all VGCs are alike.
Before buying you need to look on the back and see who is the servicer.
Fortunately the Vanilla ones I buy at 7-Eleven still works for HOA even though the HOA company charges $9.95.
