Not all QR fares include lounge access - classic, comfort and elite include lounge access whilst lite does not
I would suggest booking directly with QR if booking the QR flight numbers.
as far as OP question , I would only book with AA if wanting to book on the AA codeshare and if the mileage earning is notably better. If there are any disruptions to travel, it may be easier to address if not having to go back to AA
The earning would only be 11 per dollar if booked on the AA codeshare. If booked on the QR flight number, the earning will be the same regardless of where booked. Is credit card earning dependant upon booking on a specific site?
One other consideration would be penalties asscociated with the fare - e.g. is the AA fare non refundable but the QR fare refundable with a penalty?
