Two quirks about the room that might deter many - no coffee machines in room. Also instead of a thermostat, AC is controlled by this retro-style knob, and there’s no way of knowing the exact temperature. I found the room to be cool enough in a hot London day.
Quick additional note: mattress was extremely soft, much softer than Hyatt’s typical “Hyatt luxury Eurotop mattress” or the likes found in other London Hyatts. The owner purchased the property last year just as Hyatt was acquiring Standard International, and they’re the new owners at Park Hyatt Zurich as well.
