Plus Points earned in 2025 are valid for travel through January 2027 but only valid for exchange through March 31, 2026. So you have to decide early on whether you’ll want to use them for upgrades or exchange them

I was quite interested in using the Travelbank option as it gave me something for the unused PlusPoints that would otherwise go unused. I have never had enough to gift someone status but having to make the choice before March 31, 2026 for points expiring January 31, 2027 is insane.
I aim to use my PlusPoints for upgrades, but do hope there are some GS folks that hope to use their hundreds of PlusPoints for gifting status so that I am able to use my PlusPoints for upgrades.
Edit: I will likely have unused PlusPoints, and every January there will be people offering expiring PlusPoints to others. *sigh
