I am regularly seeing $40 surcharge for WGA+, at least for longer routes (3+ hr flights) that I am
searching. Definitely feels like a waste for short trips that are pretty locked in.

Whats interesting is I am allowed to use a SWABIZ discount for personal and that makes AnyTime <$20 above WGA+. With that comes EB (and 10x multiplier). Basic + EB is probably $25-35 cheaper.

Easy for me to justify a little upgrade between Aug-Oct while I have a promo CP. but it might be the move for me until assigned seating. After I price UA as preferred airline of course.
