The date on the card is always one day after the date you are informed you need to accumulate your Tier Miles by:
In my case, my tier will be re-evaluated again on 24/05/2026 on the basis of flights taken up to (and including) 23/05/2026 {though again with the proviso that flights taken on that last day of the qualification period are unlikely to have actually been posted to the account when they run the algorithm on the expiry date of the card}
I've never taken flights on the last qualification date (for me: 23 May) but I have taken flights on the first qualification date (for me: 24 May) and I can guarantee that flights taken on 24 May - the day of expiry of my status cards, and the day they re-run the algorithm - have always counted for the "new" year.

Thank you
I read the OP's post as that he/they have a card that expires on 02/07/2025 and their Miles+Bonus account tells them that "To maintain my tier I still need: Up to 01/07/2025 XXXX Tier Miles " but maybe the OP will wish to clarify this point.
In any case, the OP is advised that it is always risky to leave (re-)qualification so late; if something comes up and you are unable to travel on this particular date (imagine, for example, a wildcat strike on the day of travel), you have no further opportunity to secure your status.
