Good morning from UA 320 DEN-IAH. This is my first DEN to IAH flight since the new, “not a meal but more than the snack basket” was introduced.

While the presentation leaves a bit to be desired, this vegetarian breakfast sandwich (egg, tomato, cheese on brioche bun) hit the spot. Considering that the only thing on offer at DEN prior to boarding beginning on the 5 am flight is the Illy vending machine for coffee, this improved the early morning flight considerably. Snack basket was also offered.
