In the last 6 weeks, I have successfully booked 2 RTW trips and called ANA an additional 4-5 times where I thought I had found inventory only to learn one or more segmants had no availability and I had to try again. My last call was yesterday morning starting at 6:00 (where I successfully booked our 2d trip) and was on hold for more than 4 hours before I was connected to a representative. I have never had the call drop and every other wait time has been right at around 2 hours. I believe the call center is available 24/7 (maybe not always, but has been during the mad rush to complete a RTW trip) so I suggest calling outside normal business hours. Stay persistent.
