I just noticed I'm now able to "exchange" the Plus Points I earned this year for miles, status, PQP, PQF, and TravelBank cash. The rates aren't great for anything other than maybe gifting Gold status but could be a good option if you have 2025 Plus Points left in early 2027. Overall, seems designed to somewhat mirror Delta's medallion choice benefits where you can get a mix of miles, travel credits, etc.

1,500 miles for every 10 Plus Points, up to 15,000 miles for 100 Plus Points

PQP
100 PQP for every 10 Plus Points, up to 1,600 PQP for 160 Plus Points

4 PQF for 320 Plus Points

TravelBank cash
$20 for every 10 Plus Points, up to $200 for 100 Plus Points
