I've been flying JAL regularly for over 20 years (international and domestic, in all classes from Y to F, and on everything from widebodies to regional jets), and I've never seen a crew member's bags in an overhead bin. I wonder what kind of arrangements (closet space?) JAL provides the crew for their bags and why US airlines can't do something similar.
