Stayed here for a night before heading to pattaya and was upgraded to the standard suite. The room was massive and a really nice treat to use the in-room jacuzzi!

Didn’t get to use any of the perks like the visit to the rooftop bar because we arrived too late.

service was nice and well-intended, although checkin was painfully slow. There was also a long discussion at the front desk about whether or not I should be eligible for two breakfasts as I’d only booked for one person. They were initially insistent that there was a 1,500thb difference between booking for one and two, but relented when I showed them there wasn’t a price difference on the Hyatt app.
