Prime Tenderloin Tips with steamed broccoli and a Kirkland 2023 Vacqueyras (this is a nice little Rhone for the price). While not aesthetic, it’s easy and tasty and utilizes the small pieces of meat from the process of trimming a whole beef tenderloin (the really small bits I make steak tartare from the day of trimming) and cutting it into Filet Mignons and a Chateubriand. Sauteed garlic and onions and the tenderloin pieces seasoned with Lea & Perrins paprika, oregano, salt and pepper.
