UA has the obligation to deliver the bag. Period. The fact you traveled on Southwest or Uber or walked to Corpus Cristi doesn’t matter in this case.

You just need to advise United of the address to send the bag and they will deliver it. If you’re having issues with a phone agent, perhaps go to CRP airport and speak with their Baggage Desk.
