You can keep earning bonus PQPs on the Presidential Plus from spending, whereas you cannot earn additional PQP on the Club Card. As far as I am aware, that is literally the only benefit to keeping the Presidential Plus over the Club Card, but it does not (IMO) make up for the many other deficiencies the card now has vs. the Club Card.
