for the current up to date reporting. In time for my arrival next week after our luxury cruise on Explora Journeys, your extensive review has removed some of

I'll write in if there are some changes or strange experiences but i see that Nicolas has covered really all topics in visual splendour.

Just my heads up for what it's worth Hades. I usually concur with Nicolas but I cannot say I'm greatly impressed with the 'interesting' club lounge design. The lady who runs it (Victoria) is super professional but the layout is a strange hybrid area that they use for club lounge and an open area that becomes an outdoor kitchen/BBQ are in the evening. Nice in concept but in reality it's more like an 'all day diner' .... noisy, a little cold and clinical in feel. Drinks service is OK, food is well... OK. But it's far from a club lounge feel. Unlike the old one pre 2019. It's actually hard to define where the CL area starts and finishes ... except for the desk position, you would not know you were in it.
As a functional use of shared spare it's an excellent concept. As a 'feel good elevated' space it does not cut the mustard. I'll be interested to hear what you think of it. I'm not a fussy type as you know but it was .... well, 'odd' is the best word that springs to mind. Not terrible but not ICBKK or ICPLG either.
Hotel in general was excellent for RA's .... super upgrades' best one yet for me.... on my room and a second booked .... both excellent, excellent and refreshed daily amenities...chocolates, fruit, decent water, and full bottles wine on 3 out of 4 nights. Great concierge, concessionary parking and a brilliant 300kw EV charger for those interested in such things.
The pool area has been buffed up a bit and nice enough. breakfast service and RA attention was excellent ... they bought chef prep'ed local dishes up to table every day to try and I have to confess they were excellent. Really like this aspect. IC Chennai and CP Kochi do the same and it's excellent ... the chef brings local tastes to the table to try. First class.
Safran on top floor was excellent as always if pricey. It's a hell of a view. Like it there.
