Crew have their own bin space in the closets, the issue is that crew bring a ton of bags. There was a crew member on a flight recently that had 5 items, more than 3 rollers in volume. I'm not explicitly blaming them, I know reserve is a tough spot where you don't know if you're going to Canada or Cabo, but it seems to have gotten a bit out of hand recently.
