Incident: PAX moves crew bags in overhead bins, removed from aircraft

I recently read a story about a blogger being taken off an American flight from JFK to LHR as he moved a FAs bag from Premium economy to coach. The blogger thought it was a coach passengers bag and there are signs saying reserved for premium economy. The bag was actually a FA bag. It seems like FAs really overreacted on American by having this person ejected from a flight over bin space. It seems airlines should label bins for crew bags only. I saw a FA get worked up on United recently out of HKG when a non Enlish speaking passenger tried to move their bag from the bin above 1A. They had no idea it was a FA bag space and the FA was really rude about it. She said to blame Boeing. It seems airlines need to designate bin space for crew and crew need to be more understanding when passengers make mistakes. Would be interesting to see the blogger release his video to get more of the story on American.
