That doesn't make any sense.
If the offer was never activated, you would not have received the one for May.
Or are you saying that you activated the offer after May 1 and before May 15, so that it was too late for April ?
Does the one for May say
Statement Credit 05/01/25 - 05/31/25 or does it say
Statement Credit 04/01/25 - 04/30/25 ?
