Not sure these are good ideas. 1 and 2 will make the security line and the waiting area at JFK seem like hell. 4 is a no go because the FA will force you to sit up right during meal time. 5 is impossible to do if you have done 1 and 2.

What I have done in the past is to get drunk during meal time so that you can sleep no matter what. Get a window seat if you plan to sleep so you don't have to deal with people climbing over you trying to get to the lavatory. Also the window is a very good head rest if there is no turbulence. Noise reduction headphones is a must if you looking for some peace and quiet.

By your 6th trips you should have some status on CX that might get you the op-up from there on. You should make Diamond on your 10th trip which will allow you even more chances to get drunk before you board the aircraft and more op-up opportunities.
