Aside from the usual upgrade/check-out/bonus points/breakfast Diamonds get, I got confirmation that the happy hour at the Trade Room is complimentary, and the team shared the menu with me; attaching it below.

I was curious to check this property out before, and this perk is certainly a nice touch given the residential design of the property rather than as a conventional hotel.
