Terms and Conditions

1. This Offer is available to British Airways American Express®Premium Plus Credit Cardmembers who enrol into the tier points Offer before the end of the enrolment period (as set out below). If the Card you hold is ineligible, you will not be able to enrol into the Offer. By enrolling into the Offer, you agree to these Offer Terms.

Only one enrolment is required for the tier points Offer. The enrolment period for the Offer will close on 25 January 2026. Cardmembers who are not enrolled into the Offer will not see their spend counted and spend will only be counted once enrolment has taken place. The tier points Offer expires on 1 February 2026 after which no further tier points can be earned.

Cardmembers who have enrolled into the Offer will be eligible to receive a maximum of 2,500 tier points in their British Airways Club account as follows:
Qualifying spend in the Offer can be in one or more transactions. Spend can be with any Merchant who accepts American Express. The Offer only applies to spend settled in Great British Pounds (GBP). All transactions must be made and billed to your Card by 1 February 2026. Cardmembers will be charged a non-Sterling transaction fee of 2.99% for transactions made in a currency other than Great British Pound (GBP). This non-Sterling transaction fee does not count towards the Offer.

This Offer applies to spend at an Account level. Qualifying spend includes spend on the primary Card enrolled into the Offer and any Supplementary Card linked to the same Account.

Tier points are not earned on Balance Transfers, Cash Withdrawals, American Express Travellers Cheque purchases, Foreign Exchange, interest, any spending in excess of your credit limit, charges for returned payments, late payment or referral charges and American Express® Credit Card finance charges. Tier points are not redeemable for cash or other payment form. Spend that is subsequently cancelled or refunded will not count towards your spend for the purposes of this Offer. We can suspend or cancel this Offer if technical failure or any other factors outside our control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Offer which may result in any loss or damage to us. If we discover or reasonably suspect any fraud or other criminal activity, breach of the Offer Terms, or any serious misuse (as reasonably determined by us) relating to your redemption of this Offer or any previous American Express Offers and promotions, we can:

3. Terms and conditions apply to Avios redemptions. Reward Flights and Companion Voucher bookings are subject to availability and taxes, fees and carrier charges apply per person. Companion Vouchers can only be used when redeeming Avios for a British Airways, Iberia or Aer Lingus Reward Flight seat in any cabin. Detailed information on Companion Vouchers can be found at ba.com/amex-companion or by calling 0844 493 0750 (calls cost 7ppm plus your telephone company access charge). Companion Vouchers earned from 1 September 2021 can be used on bookings departing from outside of the UK, as well as allowing the Companion Voucher holder to benefit from a 50% reduction in Avios when making a Reward Flight booking with their Companion Voucher as a solo traveller. Enhanced access to Reward Flight seats within Club World (business class) is available for British Airways Premium Plus Companion Vouchers earned from 1 September 2021. 4. If you have an American Express® Credit Card, you won’t pay any interest on purchases if you pay off your balance in full every month by the payment due date. If you are just making your minimum payment on a Credit Card, it will take you longer to clear your balance.
