I got the same offer and could not find the option on the App (Android). I was able to use it on the website with no issues (Edge), and it shows the bonus for the transaction on Chase, just like a 2x category. I tried to see if I could use it on Travel Bank first (similar to the CC airline credits), but it didn't give the option for that either, only when purchasing a flight.
