Pardon the slight offtopic (but I can't find the most appropriate topic to post in).

If using Rakuten with a booking site, like Agoda - at what point do you see the actual booking referenced in your Rakuten account?
With other types of purchases I had the initial "shopping trip" cross-reference the order number in a few days (after which it took whatever time to actually process the points).
With Agoda - I made the booking, had Rakuten browser plugin pop-up saying something about "order successful", but since then it's been a number of days and the shopping trip is still empty (i.e. not referencing any orders or purchases).

Any data points dealing with similar would be appreciated.
