Aren’t they supposed to (if not offering points compensation) at least match the rate you booked? I’ve called in 4 times and basically just been told you’re SOL.
Here’s the GM’s response when I emailed her to ask if their hotel could rebook us nearby at the same cash rate we booked. Isn’t it their responsibility to rebook impacted guests??
