shout out to taecu from whom i knew about this new project. interesting in several ways. it is so so close to another marriott albeit a marquis. the linear distance is only around 350m. for a brand squarely planted in luxury in marriott's hierarchy, the actual location and the immediate surrounding.... also the view aspect is dismal imho.

this less-than-200m stretch on soi 24 will collect 4 of the big 5 chains (accor is formidable in asia) once jw opens. ihg's staybridge is 350m down the soi from the cluster.
