1) Globalist breakfast is in the restuarant and was IMO a really nice buffet (huge selection, good quality, items refilled towards the end of breakfast), even by high standards for Asian hotels.
2) The "lounge" is available to everyone and is a small room off the lobby. There are very limited happy hour offerings, and it was extremely crowded. It wasn't open at all during early morning hours. I believe this property is (or was at the time of my visit) the only Andaz with a "lounge" but it's definitely disappointing for anyone used to Regency or Grand Club lounges.
It is a similar concept to the “lounge” at Andaz Tokyo, which is basically coffee and small bites in the evening for all guests.
