To give another example: When A3 started charging for the free up-front seats for Goldies (“now with a 50% discount”). When was the last time A3 actually enhanced something for Golds?
Yes, A3 sets high standards and yes I am happy with them. It doesn't mean I'm looking forward to deteriorated services or I/we can't critizise them.
