The staff mentioned Nam has abit higher cancel rate, but is on a jet vs Wing Air’s propeller aircraft.

Wing Air is part of Lion Air, and uses their propeller ATR72, and maybe 30 minutes longer in flight. Last time I flew there, Wing Air had two flights, versus one by Nam Air; but they should have increased frequency by now.

I would just book through Nihi for flights, as they’ll meet you at DPS airport to make sure you are taken care of and they can get in touch with the local office much faster to make changes both directions.

Also, the luggage bin on the ATR is much bigger than it seems, and can fit carry on luggage….if you go in summer time, be ready to sweat when they shut the doors.

Too bad Garuda stopped their service there.
