Have reservation for July 1st made months ago

Myself and globalist hyatt team are unable to reach the hotel for a week. I’m trying to arrange tours and business meeting locations.

Hyatt corporate says relocations are handled by the property. Perhaps they’re doing a soft opening?

I’m not impressed with communication at all.
