It has been 20 years since the Amerisuites acquisition and the subsequent (apparently not optional) brand standard remodeling that produced a predictable ruler of the 2.5 star hotel universe. They need another one. Even if a location isn't bad, generally speaking it likely isn't what it used to be. Including post AmeriSuites new builds.
