This isn't a property-specific point, but I hate using points for just 3 nights. I feel like I'm leaving something on the table by not redeeming for a 4th night to get the 5th night free. So I don't do that.

If I have a free night cert, I'd rather use points for 2 nights, use the cert for the 3rd night. Or redeem points for 5 nights and then use the cert as a 6th night.
