If you buy one in the app, it shows up as a reward with a QR code. Not sure about purchasing in club.

AA does not sell day pass for the Greenwich Lounge at JFK. Last week, I checked at the Greenwich Lounge and verified one more time with the check-in agent at JFK's Admirals club. The best way to gain access is to have a mid-tier elite status in BA.

So how do you get a mid-tier elite status in BA?
Thanks for the follow up. To add, my sister tried to use a FL pass at Greenwich and was denied. She tried both ways, on my gentle prodding to help collect data. She was told that Greenwich is not an FL and doesn't operate like the other ones.
