Interested to see if this actually happens. I'm not thrilled with his demeanor. When I've met him at YYC randomly a couple of years back he seems pretty cold and disinterested in feedback whatsoever. I happen to be WJ Platinum and AC SE but even so, not interested...

He seems to really not care about appealing to the Business Travel market. If WJ actually became part of Sky Team that would have to change...
