Are KLM correct to charge the "Security Service Charge (Netherlands)" on an itinerary from the UK, via AMS, to another destination whose security is also deemed "trusted" on arrival into AMS? Seems odd to have to pay this when not actually using transit security in either direction through AMS!

There is also a separate "Passenger Service Charge (Netherlands)" - for a similar amount - which does make more sense.
