My practice for a flight around that time is to spend the night at the Sofitel having checked any bags the night before, stroll over for about three hours ahead and have a leisurely breakfast in the lounge and proceed to the gate about an hour ahead. I use BA wayfinder for an indication of what the gate might be and keep an eye on the apps and the screens.
