Cancelled domestic flight last week - mechanical/technical issue with aircraft - resulted in being booked for the following day. Overall, a 32 hour delay in arrival at destination.
1Kvoice email covered my hotel and rental car for the night - cash payout on the way, but sent me to united.com/unitedcares for further compensation. It offered $150 ETC. That seems meager for a 32 hour, overnight delay. What do you think?
