Interestingly no delays in the past few days in the opposite direction (QR17 DOH-DUB). Whereas DOH-HEL (AY1982, codeshared with QR) has been experiencing 1h+ delays on a daily basis.
The inbound aircraft for DOH-DUB may have come from an unaffected direction (eg.Africa, Asia). The inbound AY flight from HEL will definitely have been impacted.
