Hi All,

My parents have a 11:45 am flight from LHR to JFK and it's their first time flying business class and I want to ensure they ensure the lounge as much as they can before their flight. How early can they check in and bag drop? My understanding was they couldn't do it until three hours before but I welcome any of you frequent flyers for your opinion!
