Visited the Platinum lounge yesterday before my BA flight. I had the beef tenderloin, which was in general quite good - it was on the smaller side.
In general I noticed some cost cutting
- cloth napkin is not provided by default. When I commented on that, I was brought one
- I believe they removed now the self serve beer in the main area? [sorry if wrong info as I did a quick glance]

What I find strange (and totally not needed) - why do they want to ask you how they should address you, when in the end they just use Sir/Madam. Also, why don't they give guests the wine list at the same time as the menu, as when I asked what they had, I could hardly understand fully what the options for. (Saw another guest having the same problem).
