I have a problem that may or may not be related to this issue, but it's definitely an IT problem.
I've tried to sign up my son for a EuroBonus account, but I'm not able to log in to his account. I've tried resetting the password several times, but I always get the following error message: "Sorry, we couldn't find you with this login ID and password combination. Please try again." The error message pops up in all browsers, and in the Android app.
Any idea what I could do about it?
