Once we cleared immigration and customs, we were directed to the free shuttle bus to T2. We thought that it would be a bit chaotic just like our previous experience but it turned out to be almost seamless transfer. The driver loaded all the luggages of all passengers and unloaded them when we arrived. Had to give the driver a tip for doing so and I was the only one who gave him as far as I can tell since I was paying attention and curious whether others would give him a tip as well. Anyways, our experience was quite pleasant and we would not hesitate doing so again in the near future (upcoming trip in February and May 2026). Hope this is helpful information.
Many thanks for this. We have a similar schedule coming up, albeit T1 (JL) to T2 domestic!
