I stayed there a couple months ago for a single night -- really good experience. Nothing jaw-dropping, mind you, but a sleek, tidy room on the club for (as a plat.) and 24-hour access to a self-service lounge that has an internet terminal. You can't have breakfast there (without paying) but the snacks are nice and there's always coffee and soft drinks available (wine in the evening as I recall).
Although check-in had me cooling my heels for 45 minutes or so (as it's an airport hotel, you can't really leave your luggage and "go" anywhere) the subsequent politeness and professionalism of the desk staff was really first-rate. I had paid for an in-room movie and then decided not to see it -- they somehow knew this at check-out and took it off my bill without me asking. Again, nothing unbelievable, but very, very decent -- I'd be thrilled if this were the *wood standard everywhere.
