I must admit that the salt & pepper sachets issue had never crossed my mind as being particularly low class, but one thing I’ve never liked is how the cutlery on both long haul and short haul business is kept in the refrigerated trolleys alongside the food meaning that it’s always cold and unpleasant to the touch. I don’t remember this being an issue for other airlines.
