I appreciate you probably want to leave TLV/Israel as soon as practical. Your risk profile is a personal issue. But what would happen if you stayed put for a week?

If you hold a UK passport, at some point HMG will create an evacuation route out of Israel, if this goes on for more than a few days, as happened in Beirut.
