My experience this morning is that BA are taking responsibility. Any way the LY web site says that if you booked through an agent (BA being the agent), then all changes or refunds etc must be through the agent. El AL will only look after customers who booked on LY website.

israel now advices not to try and leave through Jordan or Sinai (it was on channel 12 TV just now).
