You cannot always foresee this nowadays as the threat analysis is, in the meantime, live and it depends on whoelse is using this specific provider. This can change from one minute to another.

Lol. - A whatever Threat-Management Provider that delivers a blocklist to Akamai has specified to blocklist the whole /24 AT&T Netblock I and my neighbors are in.
As a consequence we can no longer access Hawaiian's website, as every visit ends with an "Access Denied" message.
