Happening to me as well for roughly 4-5 months. I also find it extremely annoying during check-in when all this info is right in my profile. This is an
excellent way to put the burden where it should be -- on Marriott. Make the staff and management put the pressure on their Information Technology (IT) personnel, not the guests.
Plus, saying one's home telephone number out loud where it might be heard is not secure.
