You'll get two emails - the first is the booking confirmation and the second is the eticket itinerary and receipt. They'll look like the attached, which was the last time I used FFC (sensitive info. redacted).

That said, personally, I avoid using credits for reimbursable airfare - it has the potential to add confusion and throw up red flags. I'd double or triple this caution if it's for a company where you haven't been reimbursed before and don't know how they will handle - you mention relocation and so if its for a company that is new to reimbursing you, I'd definitely avoid inviting questions, and just use it for personal travel. YMMV, of course.
